To design a unique structural offsite manufactured system, that would facilitate a distinctive façade for this luxury Mandarin Oriental hotel and residencies in the heart of London. Creating cruciform columns whose plan was the size of an A4 sheet and a bespoke cantilevered steel staircase solution.
