Jon Harding joined Ramboll UK in 2018 as Highways Market Director. He is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the sector.

His previous role with CH2M was Client Account Director for Highways England. While leading the Highways England account team, Jon’s responsibilities included developing and overseeing the implementation of major sales opportunities, establishing and guiding strategic bid teams, and overseeing a varied portfolio of projects ranging from highway management operations to major projects design and strategic consultancy.

Prior to his time with CH2M, Jon worked at Atkins for ten years assuming various sales and delivery roles within the highways sector. Through his career to date Jon has gained valuable experience in business development, design and advisory services, project and programme management and also organisational leadership.

Akbulak Club Resort

Akbulak Club Resort is a luxury leisure complex resort located in the south east of Kazakhstan, approximately 50km east of the former capital Almaty. The proposed development is laid over 980 hectares on a greenfield site, located at the foothills of the Tian Shan mountain range, which separates Kazakhstan and China. Assessments, provided by Ramboll, included information that could be used to forecast costs, enabling our client to consider possible phasing options.
