Our commitment to creating a sustainable future for the West Midlands
The Midlands region is strategically important for Ramboll’s growth plans. Our engineers, scientists, project managers and consultants work across the buildings, transport and environmental markets - creating new employment opportunities and demonstrating our continued commitment to the region.
Local projects:
Ramboll has been based in Birmingham since 2005 and our local team has successfully delivered a strong portfolio of Local, National and International projects across a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Energy from Waste and Heritage. Local projects include the first phase of the Paradise Circus Redevelopment; Gloucester’s new Energy from Waste facility; High Speed 2 Phase 2b Environmental Overview, Leicester’s Centre for Medicine; the Birmingham Post & Mail redevelopment; BCU’s Parkside Building; and the refurbishment of Birmingham Town Hall.
Looking forward to shaping growth and investment
Recent investment indicates a real confidence in the region. This is underpinned by initiatives such as the Midlands Engine and the launch of the West Midlands Combined Authority, plus significant future development including HS2, Birmingham Smithfield and Curzon Street. We look forward to helping shape the region’s future.
