If you have previous experience within engineering, design, project management or consultancy and have taken a career break of 12 months or longer, we would love to hear from you:
During the six-month programme, you’ll be part of a cohort of fellow returners and will benefit from additional training, one-to-one sessions with a specialist return to work coach, and guidance from an internal mentor.
These paid opportunities are designed to bring you up to speed with the current market while inviting you to exercise your expertise, curiosity and creativity on exciting projects.

Our programme partners, Inclusivity, use a tailored assessment process, which acknowledges the full breadth of a candidate’s experience and understands that breaks should not be career limiting.
As experts in returning talent, Inclusivity will be on hand to help you through the recruitment process and provide ongoing support for the duration of the programme.
We hope that many of our participants will transition to a permanent position at the end of the six-month contract.
